She is survived by : her daughters, Carol Cheatham of Louisville, KY and Becky Lewis (Shane) of Johnson City; her grandchildren, Mackenzie Cheatham, Tucker Lewis and Ashleigh Lewis; and her caregivers, Lisa McNeely, Brittany Ford and Kayla McNeely.
