With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark James Finucane of Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on August 31, 2025 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mark James Finucane to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Finucane and Rosemary McCann Finucane; his brother-in-law Keith M. Stolzenburg; and his in-laws, Dr. Joseph A. and Geraldine C. LaNasa.
He is survived by: his wife Mary (LaNasa); his sister Rosanne K. Stolzenburg; and his sibling's children, Anna R. Stolzenburg and Eric M. Stolzenburg. He is also survived by friends, godchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (2211 E Lakeview Dr, Johnson City, TN 37601). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Basilica (767 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna, NY 14218).
