She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Jack Smith. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Smith of Bluff City and Terry Smith of Orlando, FL; her niece Teah Smith; her cousin Shirley Cassidy of Coeburn, VA; her granddaughter Ashley Ollis (Scott); her great grandchildren, Blakelee, Jackson and Jayma; and her pet Gracie.
