She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius Smith and Louisa Smith (Peddar); and her daughter Mary Ellen Stapleton Seitzinger. She is survived by: her husband James Stapleton; her son Jimmy Stapleton (Debbie) of Richmond; her granddaughter Sara (Abdullah); her children, Nadia Abdulla Al-Breiki (Becky Stapleton) of Kuwait and Mike Stapleton; her grandson Michael Stapleton of Johnson City; her son Tom Stapleton (Allison); and her grandsons, Tanner Stapleton of Blountville and Ethan Stapleton of Blountville. She is also survived by her husband and children and loved taking care of her children.
