He was predeceased by: his parents, R. J. Collins and Delia Sanders Collins. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Clay Collins; his daughters, Crystal Collins of Johnson City and Melinda Collins of Johnson City; his grandchildren, Brittany Collins of Jonson City, Zachary Collins of Kingsport, Makayla Collins of Johnson City and Keyonna Collins of Athens, GA; his great grandchildren, Taniah Hernandez, William Collins, Silas Aukes, Reggie Prince Jr., Onyx Prince and Kingston Prince; and his siblings, Maggie Becker, Junior Collins and Ronald Collins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
