She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bellamy and Kate Bellamy; her husband James Powers; her son James Patrick Powers; and her grandson Jesse Powers.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Bullen, Cheree Brown and Sam Powers; her grandchildren, Nikki Boston, Andrew Carter, Candra Howell and Cameron Howell; her great grandchildren, Aaliyah Stanton and Justice Lewis; and her great great grandchildren, Isaiyah and Cooper Stanton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Oak Hill Funeral Home (800 Truxton Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Hamlett-Dobson Memorial Park (2630 TN-75, Blountville, TN 37617).
