He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Nannie Lee Steffey of Kingsport, Bobby and Johnnie Snow of Berry; and his great-grandparents, George and Sara Parsons of Orebank.
He is survived by: his parents, Mike Pendley and Martha Pendley of Kingsport; his siblings, Tina Pendley Martin (John) and Mark Pendley; and his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Katherine Martin, Jasmine and Leif Pendley. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
