He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack R. Collins and Edith Hibbetts Collins; and his wife Mary VanVoorhis. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Michael J. Collins of Johnson City, TN, Jonathan Dice of North Carolina, Roger T. Collins of California and Angela Dice of Oregon; and his siblings, Jack R. Collins, Jr. of Florida, Daney Collins of Lexington, KY, Randall Collins of Grundy, VA, Patricia of Massachusetts and Barbara of Massachusetts. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Hope Christian Church (15338 Northwestern Turnpike, Augusta, WV 26704). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
