He was predeceased by: his father David Stout; his son Timmy Thomas Stout; and his siblings, Velma Dugger, May Cable, Mary Cable, Ethel Hicks, Barbara Berry, Madison Stout, Clay Stout and Paul Stout.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Stout; his children, Pamela Jean Stout and Jeffrey Stout; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Stout, Derrick Stout, Brandy Nave and Kaitlin Fletcher. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
