He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Nels (Stefanie), Seth (Becky) and Anna (Brandon); his stepchildren, Matthew (Jessica), Rebekah, Rachel and Andrew; his grandchildren, Bennett, Simeon, Lily, Micaiah and Peter; and his stepgrandchildren, Jeremey and Evan.
