He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jenkins Blackburn; his son Max Spencer Blackburn; his grandchildren, Spencer Blackburn, Tori Skipper, Franna Blackburn-Street and Chase Tidwell; his nieces, Patti Greer, Carol Burkett and Jama Darnell; his nephew Rodney Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Olivia Skipper, Trey Skipper and Kane Blackburn.
