He is survived by: his children, Kathy Ellingburg, Erwin, Karen Duncan and Michael Duncan (Donna); his grandchildren, Morgan Ford, Melissa Hoilman (William), Matthew Duncan, Jennine Detiveaux (Andy), Trevor Duncan and Michael Ellingburg; his great grandchildren, Makenzi Honeycutt and Paisley Ford; and his siblings, Carl Duncan Afton (Gaye), Gene Duncan (Dawn) and Juanita Burgner. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
