He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Leake and Foy Leake; and his wife Patricia Sue Leake. He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca; his son-in-law Kevin Lindsay of Birmingham, AL; his son Greg; his daughter-in-law Melissa Leake; his grandsons, Grayson and Grant Leake of Johnson City, TN.; and his brothers, Tom Leake of Minden, LA and Phil Leake (Mary) of Talco, TX. He is also survived by several nieces, and many loyal friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Grace Freewill Baptist Church or St Jude's Hospital.
