He is survived by: his wife Charlene McGinty; his former wife Norma Phillips; his children, John Phillips, David Williams, Michael Williams, Joseph McGinty, Charles McGinty, Paul McGinty, Jr., Theresa Burleson, Lori Montoya, Danielle McGinty, Janet Thomas and Rebecca McGinty; and his sister Billie Sutherland. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
