Though Paul has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willis and Viola Myra Greene Stout; and his siblings, Floyd, David, Rosa, Nina Ruth, Geneva, Evelyn and Darrell.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Roberts Stout; and his children, Tony Stout (Barbara) and Brenda Stout White (Bill). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 9:50 AM. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stout Family Cemetery.
