It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Guy of Johnson City, Tennessee, born in Banner Elk, North Carolina, who passed away on December 2, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Renes Harmon and Martha Dugger Harmon; and her husband Counce Guy. She is survived by: her daughters, Jenni Crowe and Becky Barlow; her grandchildren, Morgan Rinke (Jon) and Dillon Barlow; and her siblings, Bea Montgomery and Tony Harmon.
