We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2022, at the age of 82, Phyllis Ann Dugger (Johnson City, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Barnett and Verna Barnett; her husband Homer Dugger; her brother Frank Barnett; her daughter Teena Jordan Hopson; and her great grandchild Paislee Gouge.
She is survived by: her sister Gladys Stiltner (Mac) of Johnson City, TN; her granddaughter Sydney Gouge (Dakota) of Unicoi, TN; her great grandchildren, Brayden and Braxton Gouge; and her sister-in-law Susie Barnett of Bristol, TN. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
