She was predeceased by : her father William Lee; and her husband Milton Goins. She is survived by : her daughters, Sharon Ruth (Frank) of Williamsburg and Ann Goins (Bob King) of Johnson City, Tennessee. She is also survived by three brothers; and many nieces and nephews.
