He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Hughes Walters and David Issac Walters; his brother Charles David Walters; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Billy Kirk and Mary Jane Walters.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Walters; his children, Randal Walters, William Walters and Amber Walters; his siblings, William Issac Walters, Brenda Garrett and Cleo Kirk; and his aunts and uncles, Will Walters, Billy Kirk, Larry Hyder, Junior Walters, Crystal Dawn Bowen, Jennifer Kirk, Rose Freeman and Lisa Collins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Morris-Baker Funeral Home (2001 E Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601).
