He was predeceased by: his wife Yvonne Marcile Rogers; his parents, Allen Tebbs and Vivian Winters Garrett Rogers; his siblings, Allen Tebbs Rogers (A. T.) and Mary Ward; his sister-in-law Diane Rogers; and his nephew Greg Rogers.
He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Rogers of Lexington and Brad Rogers (Marie Gagne Rogers) of Harrow, Ontario.; his grandchildren, Ashley Rogers, Emily Rogers and Lily Rogers; and his brother Carl Rogers (Jenny) of Ware Shoals.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be sent to the southern Baptist Foundation in Nashville, Tennessee.
