He is survived by: his family Luke; his son Tom; his daughter-in-law Brittany; his grandson Luke; his daughters, Lisa and Karen; his stepchildren, Shannon and Ali; his grandchildren, Taylor, RJ, Kiley, Seth, Jackson and Tucker; his brother Jack; his sister-in-law Kathy; his nephews, Darrell Hamlett, Justin Reising and Garrett Reising; Amanda and Gabby. He is also survived by three great-nephews; and two great-nieces.
