He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Norris and Dixie Norris. He is survived by: his wife Katherine R. Norris; his children, Jennifer Carr (Steven), Gaylon Taylor II, Robert Norris (Lashae), Natalie Jacoby (Nicholas), Katrina Graybeal (Stacy) and Natasha Norton (Justin); his grandchildren, Emily Beck (Rick), Justin Carr (Rebecca), Jesse Carr (Alayna), Carson Taylor, Bailey Oakes, Madison Norris, Nicholas Jacoby IV, Dawson Jacoby, Kalyssa Jacoby, Kalib Graybeal, Khloe Graybeal, Austin Trivette, Lexi Trivette and Adelei Norton; his great grandchildren, Jasmine Carr, Skylar Beck, Arthur Beck, Peyton Carr, Paisley Carr and James Carr; and his siblings, Larry Norris (Li Wen), James Norris (Glenda), Mike Norris (Laura) and Joyce Brewer (Don). He is also survived by Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
