He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Payne and Sadie Lucille Odell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Seaton; his daughters, Vickie J. Taylor (Randy) and Annette Rhinehardt (Jim); his sister Emma Francis Susong; his granddaughter Molly Elizabeth Rhinehardt (Austin); and his great grandchildren, Lewis Stone, River Jack and Elliana Rose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
