He was predeceased by: his sister Janis Conlon. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Powell; his children, Brian Powell (Jennifer) and Elizabeth Powell; and his grandchildren, Michael, Emily Powell and Sister Barbara Cremeans.
A graveside service honoring his life and contributions to his faith and community will be announced in the coming days.
