He is survived by: his wife Ann Simpson; his children, Amanda Simpson, Justin Penley and Daniel Simpson; his grandchildren, Raine and Mattie Bledsoe; his siblings, Mildred Franklin, John Simpson (Pat), Alden Simpson (Wanda), Bobby Simpson (Kathy) and Gary Simpson (Pam); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Simpson and Nancy Simpson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's in Roger's memory.
