He was predeceased by: his father Dallas Ragan; and his brother Jeffery Allen Ragan. He is survived by: his mother Mary Sue Dugger Ragan of Johnson City; his wife Lisa Ann Bradshaw Ragan; his children, Joshua Ragan of Fall Branch, Nikki Stoots (Shannon) of Johnson City and Shannon Bradshaw of Gray; his siblings, Jimmy Ragan (Freda) of Jonesborough and Debbie Harris (Rick) of Gray; and his grandsons, Damien Corby of Gray and Evan Ramsey of Johnson City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Appalachian Funeral Home (800 E Watauga Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 10:50 AM. A committal service will be held on Sunday, June 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hamlett-Dobson Memorial Park (2630 TN-75, Blountville, TN 37617).
