We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Rowena Miller of Johnson City, Tennessee, born in Jackson, Tennessee. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Robinson and Virginia Robinson; her siblings, Mary Virginia and Louis Jr.; and her close friend Richard Hegler.
She is survived by: her child Robin Miller Loving; and her children-in-law, Gabriel of Knoxville, TN, Ronald Ryan Miller of Charlotte, NC, Robert Morgan Miller and Carrie of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Washington County Animal Shelter, 3411 N. Roan Street, Johnson City, TN.
