She was predeceased by: her husband Tom Kohn; her parents, Thelma "Suze" Muse and Mayland "Ducky" Muse; and her brothers, Mayland Hunter "Johnny" Muse Jr., Michael Grady "Mickey" Muse and William "Bill" Muse.
She is survived by: her children, Matt McKinney (Denise) and Melonee Hurt (Eric); her stepchildren, Bridget Hawley (James), Robert Kohn (Melissa), Richard Kohn, Angie Ritti, Laura VanBaalen (Chuck) and Ryan Kohn (Desiree); her grandchildren, Ethan, Emma McKinney and Maddie Hurt; and her stepgrandchildren, Caitlin, JJ, McKenna Hawley, Brady, Jax Kohn, Kismet, Karisma, Trinity Kohn, Serena and Charlie VanBaalen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Sally's memory to the Williamson Medical Center Foundation, 4321 Carothers Parkway, Suite 603, Franklin, TN 37067.
