He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Franklin and Ruby Leona Leonard Bralley; his brothers, Jackie Monroe Bralley and Jefferson Franklin Bralley; and his grandson Austin Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Winters Bralley; his daughters, Stephanie Turner, Jackie Bralley, Traci Bralley and Donna Fields (Chris); and his siblings, James Bralley (Juliana) and Peggy Ann Stewart. He is also survived by several grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; and several nephews and nieces.
