She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Mottern (Cot) and Elma Sparks Mottern; her husband Jerry Dale Barnes; her sisters, Betty Turner and Linda McQueen; and her daughter Jerri Louann Barnes.
She is survived by: her daughter Staci Barnes Perry (Pat); her grandchildren, Aerial Reshea Lovelace, Nate Lynn Perry (Emily) and Aleigha Danielle Scalf; and her great grandchildren, Luke Richardson, Raelynn Perry, Ryleigh Perry and Roman Perry.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (212 N Main St, Elizabethton, TN 37643). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
