She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Dorothy Sells; her husband Steven D. Chase; her children, Matthew S. Chase (Teresa) and Leah D. Payne (Jarrod); her sister Janice Bise; her grandchildren, Eli Payne, Tucker Chase, Brooks Chase and Ellie Payne; and her nieces, Jennifer Chatman (Mark) and Melanie Hicks (Doug).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Ladies' Ministry at Mountain View Baptist Church.
