We bid farewell to Steve Bristol (Johnson City, Tennessee), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 7, 2025 at the age of 76. Steve touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Brady and Carolyn Brady; his siblings, Michael Bristol and Justine White; his son Byron Bristol; and his granddaughter Olivia Bristol.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Bristol (Wendy), Stephanie Bristol and Ebony Phillips; his grandchildren, Kyron, Eli, Daliah, Bailey, Izmerelda, Leo, Aiden and Payton; his great grandchildren, Gavyn, Kalianna and Ja'Kobe; his siblings, George Bristol (Patricia), Frieda Talley (Robert), Patricia Bristol and Aunya Latham; and his close friend Sharon Johnson. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Thankful Baptist Church (1501 E Watauga Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601-3552). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (53 Memorial Ave, Mountain Home, TN 37684).
