It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Dean Leach of Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on June 25, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Leach and Goldie Combs Leach; and his siblings, Bill, Tommy Leach, Janice Lunsford and Patricia Canter.

He is survived by: his sons, Tim Leach of Johnson City, Matthew Leach of Johnson City and Terry Dean Leach Jr. (Amber) of Johnson City; and his sister Brenda Canter (Larry) of Johnson City. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and extended family.
