He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hickman; his children, Terry Smith and Stephanie Arnett; his stepchildren, Jessica Carpenter (Jamie), Crystal Blair (Jamie Oaks), Gray and Matthew Smith; his grandchildren, Noah Carpenter, Cameron Blair, Caleb Blair, Jayden Blair, Kaley Smith, Braden Smith, Kingston Carpenter, Zane Smith, Sophia Smith, Ethan Arnett, Eli Arnett, Chloe Arnett and Peyton Arnett; and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Terrell and Jan Phillips. He is also survived by several cousins, nephews and nieces.
