He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas E. Bailey and Clara Young Bailey; his brothers, Thomas Bailey (Bucky) of Lehigh, Iowa. and Claire Bailey (Spide) of Lehigh, Iowa.; his wife Joyce Holtsclaw Bailey; his daughter Diane Schorm of Denton, MD; his grandchildren, James Schorm (Rose) of Parkville, MD and Shelby Martin (Scott) of Centerville, MD; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Schuyler and Bennett of Parkville, MD; his sister Verna J. Houskin; and his caregivers, Jessyka Colà and Christina Campbell. He was also cherished by several nephews and nieces.
