She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Raymond Bailey and Ethel Akers Bailey; and her sister Mildred Bailey East. She is survived by: her sister Frances Bailey Britts of Pearisburg; her nephews, Chuck B. East of Narrows and Harry L. East, Jr. (Charlotte) of Belspring; her great-nieces, Beth East Smith (Jay), Sara East Boshers (Justin) and Mary East Lynn (Michael); Jillian Smith, Kirstan Smith, Bryleigh, Remington Lynn, Adley Boshers, Gideon Smith and Rhys Boshers.

In lieu of flowers, Vicky request that memorial donations be made to the North Johnson City Baptist Church, 305 Ferndale Rd. Johnson City, TN 37604.
