He is survived by: his wife Amy Laws; his sons, Ben, Brandon, Brett and Brad Spurlock; his stepchildren, James, Allen and Heather Laws; and his siblings, Les Spurlock, Shawn Hilbert, Wayburn Harris and Stephanie Thompson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
