William Brent Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 11, 2024, at the age of 95, William Brent of Johnson City, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Brent and Gertrude Bertholt Brent; his son Steve Brent; his siblings, Luetta Stewart, Elizabeth Wilson and Paul Behrendt; his grandson Tyler Boggs; and his daughter-in-law Tiffany Boggs.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Vandergrift Brent; his stepsons, Scott and Stephen Boggs; his granddaughter Ellie Boggs; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Boone and Jerry Urse. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Johnson City, in loving memory of Bill.
