He is survived by: his wife Pauline Ann Everhart; his daughter Priscilla Smith (David "DJ" Smith); his brother Thurman Robert Everhart Jr. (Marsha); his grandchildren, Kameron Smith and Hayleigh Smith; and his pets, Maggie and Paisley.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the St Jude's Children's Hospital in lieu of flowers.
