William James Perham Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William James Perham of Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on July 22, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin James Perham and Alice Basil Perham. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Rowe Willens Perham; his children, Kevin Perham of Knoxville, Kelly Everhardt (Michael) of Johnson City and Chris Willens (Mary Ellen) of Johnson City; his brother Wayne Perham of New York; and his grandchildren, Joel Williams, Carson Williams, Lexie Willens, Madyline Everhardt and Makenny Everhardt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 12:50 PM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (53 Memorial Ave, Mountain Home, TN 37684). A committal service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
