He is survived by: his daughters, Thomasina Goddard-Alexander and Cynthia -Anderson of Washington; his siblings, Veral Jean Neal (Robert) of Johnson City, TN, Billie Evans of Jonesborough, TN, Robert Goddard (Lynn) of Johnson City, TN, Frank M. Goddard of Leavenworth, KS and Linda Treadwell of Knoxville, TN; his nephew Chaplain; and his extended family, Veral Jean, Bob Neal, Minister Wjualana Benson, Jordan Carson, Jackie Bowers and Shelly Keeble. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
