He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tucker Runion and Ida Lee Foster. He is survived by: his children, William Lee Runion Jr. and Rebecca Runion Moore (Tracy); his grandchildren, Lexi Runion King (Tyler), Ivey Runion, Allie Runion, Hillary Edwards, Garret Edwards, Spencer Moore, Marisa Moore and Troy Moore; his great grandchild Drake King; his close friend Eloise Daniel; Aaron Mclain.
