It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Gene McGuire of Johnson City, Tennessee, who passed away on May 1, 2026, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall McGuire and Grace McGuire; his wife Cheryll; and his siblings, Lucy, Jay, Junior, Grady, Mary, Virginia and Joe.
He is survived by: his children, Candice Hill (Channing) and Matthew McGuire (Katie); his grandchildren, Breonna, Cameron (Emily), Brycen, Maylee, Henry and Lewis; his great grandchildren, Jaydenn and Allionna; his nieces, Debbie, Donna, Diana, Denise, Gina, Gwen, Karen, Lynn, Tina and Shelly; and his nephew Kevin (Barb). He is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, and friends.
