She is survived by: her sons, Rick Cobb (Mary), Howard Lee Whaley (Jana) and Charles Edward Whaley; her grandchildren, Heather Ruppert (Brad), Erica Lee Cobb, Nikki Whaley, Shyane Paul, Walter Whaley, Jessica Whaley and Sarah Tester; her great grandchildren, Trevor, Creed, Ryker, Kylee, Shyanna, Damien, Camio, Daniel, Lauren, Alexis Rose, Braydon, Bentley and Jackson; her niece Laurie Kiker (Allen); and her nephew Gary Blaine Lyles (Gail). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Morris-Baker Funeral Home (2001 E Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Monte Vista Memorial Park (1900 E Oakland Ave, Johnson City, TN 37601).
