With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Allene H. Wilson (Jonesborough, Tennessee), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hughes and Haven Ward Hughes; her husband Troy Wilson, Sr.; her daughter Wanda Wilson; her grandson James Dillon Wilson; her son-in-law Jeffery Peters; her siblings, Deloris Hughes and Ellas Hughes; and her parents-in-law, John and Roxie Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, T. A. Wilson and Darleen Peters; her grandchildren, Kayla Felhauer (Caleb), Brooklyn Sager (Levi), Montana Wilson Kirkland, Cole Smith, Brandon Daily (Haley) and Rachel Daily; her great grandchildren, Devin Fellhauer, Emberlynn Ensor, Olivia Daily and Wyatt Daily; and her brothers, Kenneth Hughes (Dorothy), Gene Hughes (Debbie), Larry Hughes (Regina) and Ricky Hughes (Donna). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659).
