He is survived by: his brother Jefph Campbell (Sherry); his sons, Christopher Campbell (Taylor), Anthony Campbell (Haley) and Asher Campbell; his granddaughter Kennedy Campbell; his aunt Emma Sue Treadway; his niece Jessica Sampson (family: Tarrah Dykes); and his cousins, Keith Treadway and Mike Covey.
