He was predeceased by: his parents, Stoney Davis and Jacqueline Marshall. He is survived by: his wife Anna Palmer; his daughter Cassandra Davis; his stepchildren, Shannon Kotlarsz and Tyler Kotlarsz; his grandchildren, Xander, Irelynn and Lucas; his brother Kenneth Davis; his sister-in-law Kelly Martin Davis; his niece Klara; and his family, John John, Dwayne, Michelle, Bobby, Briannia and Matt. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a wide circle of dear friends.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations should be made to the Nolichucky Restoration Project to continue Toney's mission of restoring the Nolichucky River [email protected].
