She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lee and Georgia Mae Winegeart (Justice); her son Arthur "AJ" Vigil, Jr.; and her brother Conrad Winegeart. She is survived by: her husband Arthur W. Vigil; her children, Jacob Tonne, Whitney Tonne and Joseph Vigil; her grandchildren, Jessie Tonne, Kailee-Mae Ingram, Javier Vigil and Elias Vigil; her brothers, Jessie "D. D." Winegeart (Amy Caster-Winegeart) and James Spann (George Jones); and her friends, Gloria Daniel and William "Bill" Hargis (Rhoma). She is also survived by her two nephews and niece.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Mountain Home National Cemetery (Heroes Drive, Johnson City, TN 37684).
