He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa; and his parents-in-law, Lowell and Wilma Ellis. He is survived by: his parents, Robert South and Bonnie Arrowood South; his daughter Racheal; his son-in-law Daniel Dugger; his granddaughter Alyanna Dugger; and his siblings, Bryan (Twyla South), Barry (Christy South) and Beverly Proudlove. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dillow-Taylor Funeral Home (418 W College St, Jonesborough, TN 37659). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
