She is survived by: her children, Ruth Wells (Dwayne), Dixie McCurry, Penny Holley (Ric), Johnny Slagle (Becky), Ray Slagle (Tina), Cheryl Slagle, Roy Slagle (Dawn) and Bobby Slagle; her grandchildren, Bobby Carr, Sarah Dugger (Andy), Thomas McCurry Bruce (Cassie), Emily Turpin (Ryan), Jonathan Slagle (Kassee), Amanda Davis (Arron), Nicolle Wells, Karina Slagle and Ty Slagle; her great grandchildren, Devin, Tiffany, Lindsey, Lucas, Malachi, Elizabeth, Brooklyn, Sophia, Caroline, Pauline, Everly, Maddie, Natalie, Kayce, Landon, Greyson and Eliza; her great great grandchildren, Destiny and Mia; and her caregivers, Aleesha, Rebecca and Amanda.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boones Creek Christian Church (2684 Boones Creek Rd, Johnson City, TN 37615). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
